Two works with heavy plate handling, CNC profiling, certified welding and a controlled paint bay. We build our own gantries here, which is why the tolerances hold on everything else that leaves the gate.
Position
IBEC did not set out to be a fabricator. We became one because a launching gantry is a machine with a 5 mm tolerance on a 60 m truss, and no third-party shop will carry that risk for you. Everything we design, we can build. The discipline that goes into a self-launching machine — weld procedure qualification, trial assembly, dimensional survey against the model — is the same discipline applied to a bridge girder or an industrial frame.

Enclosed blast and paint bays with controlled temperature and humidity, plus hot-dip galvanizing through partner plants for long-life corrosion protection.
Directly employed erection crews with qualified welders and NDT support, so responsibility for fit-up does not change hands at the gate.
