This is a small enough company that a graduate is on a real scheme in their first quarter, and a big enough one that somebody senior is checking it.
You will be named on the calculation
Every scheme carries the engineer who did it and the engineer who checked it. Nobody here is an anonymous pair of hands on somebody else’s drawing.
Design office to site, both ways
Designers go out for commissioning. Site engineers rotate through the design office. It is the only reliable way to stop a drawing that cannot be built.

Structured mentoring and time allocated for professional review submissions, with a chartered supervisor assigned from year one.
The machines are ours
We design them, build them and commission them. There is no ceiling where the work stops being yours and becomes a supplier’s problem.

Send a CV and one paragraph on a problem you solved that you are still pleased about. It does not need to be from work. Every application is read by an engineer in the relevant discipline, and everybody gets an answer.
