Managing Director
Structural engineer by training, three decades across temporary works design and site delivery. Chairs the technical review that signs off every launching scheme before it leaves the building.
IBEC engineers and supplies the temporary works that put permanent structures in the air: launching gantries, formwork and shoring, post-tensioning and heavy steel, delivered as one accountable package.

Every division IBEC has added was added because a client hit a seam between two suppliers and asked us to close it.
Nothing here was built to broaden a catalogue. It was built to remove an interface.
Each step was a response to something a project needed and nobody could supply.
Six engineers in Hyderabad, drawing wall and slab systems for regional contractors who could not get temporary works drawings out of their equipment suppliers fast enough.
Moved from design-only into manufacture. The first shop at Sanand opened to build shoring towers and crane-climbing bracket systems in-house.
Added a stressing division — anchorages, ducts, jacks and the crews to run them — so that deck geometry and prestress could be resolved by one team instead of two contracts.
Designed, built and commissioned a 620 t overhead launching gantry for a 45 m span precast segmental viaduct. The point at which IBEC became an equipment company.
Butibori opened with heavy plate handling, CNC profiling and a controlled blast and paint bay, bringing bridge girder fabrication inside the business.
The four divisions were put under one project structure, so a client signs a single contract for the method, the equipment, the stressing and the steel.

The technical review that signs off a launching scheme is chaired by the managing director. Safety reports to the board, not to operations.

Leads the design centre and the independent checking function. Owns the calculation standard applied to every scheme IBEC issues.
Responsible for both works and the site supervision cadre: erection programme, plant availability, and the commissioning of every gantry before handover.
Runs the integrated management system and the site audit programme. Reports safety performance to the board directly, not through operations.
Names and photographs are withheld pending confirmation. Replace the leadership entries in src/content/company.ts before launch.
Equipment is only as good as the distance between it and the engineer who designed it. Both works are within a day's drive of the design centre, and every site is within a day of a works.

Enquiries go to an engineer, not a sales desk. If your scheme is not something we should be doing, we will say so and tell you who should.
